Project Coordination and Support
Commercial projects are guided through a clear and efficient process. Early conversations focus on scale, visual direction, and general budget expectations. Material and design decisions are streamlined to support approval workflows while maintaining visual quality.
Digital renderings can be provided when needed for presentations or internal review. Production timelines are communicated clearly and structured to align with broader project schedules whenever possible.
Most large scale installations fall within a 4-12 week production window, depending on size and material availability.
Installation and Logistics
Installations are designed for straightforward execution by installers and project teams. Artwork mounts using French cleat systems that allow for precise alignment and even weight distribution. Installation guidance is provided, and coordination support is available when needed.
For regional projects, personal delivery may be arranged. For all other locations, artwork is shipped in durable custom built crates through a trusted logistics provider.
Payments
A fifty percent non refundable deposit is required to begin fabrication once all project details are approved. The remaining balance is due within one week of delivery after the artwork has been received and inspected.
In the rare event of shipping damage, communication with the logistics provider is handled directly, and appropriate steps are taken to restore or replace the work so the final installation meets expectations.
